איבעיא להו בטול מקח לרבנן לעולם חוזר או דלמא בכדי שיראה לתגר או לקרובו ואם תמצא לומר בכדי שיראה לתגר או לקרובו מה איכא בין שתות ליתר על שתות איכא דאילו שתות מי שנתאנה חוזר ואילו יתר על שתות שניהם חוזרין
